Fred does a rare work called "Cop Art" painting law enforcement personnel "doing their thing." The Florida Highway Patrol, The Florida Sheriff's Youth Ranch are among  some of the agencies dear to him.  Fred was designated as an Honorary Deputy Sheriff for his hard work and dedication to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Department.
